This landmark project — jointly powered by AvdheshanandG Mission and Ladli Foundation, with IACT Education Pvt. Ltd. as the official Training Partner — aims to bridge the digital divide and prepare India’s underprivileged youth for futuristic, industry-driven employment opportunities.

Q1: What inspired the creation of the Institute for Future Skilling, and how does it align with Ladli Foundation’s mission?

Devendra Kumar Gupta:

The Institute for Future Skilling was conceptualized under the divine vision of Swami Avdheshanand Giri Ji Maharaj, who believes that true service to humanity is empowering people through knowledge, skills, and self-reliance. At Ladli Foundation, we have consistently worked towards social transformation through education, gender equality, and livelihood creation.

This initiative seeks to bridge the digital gap that continues to limit opportunities for millions of young Indians. We are preparing them for the future of work, equipping them with skills in Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, Cloud Computing, and Emerging Technologies.

Q2: What is the core objective of this initiative?

Devendra Kumar Gupta:

Our objective is to make youth directly employable by delivering futuristic, demand-based training. The pilot phase aims to train 2,000+ underprivileged youth, including 100 transgender individuals, ensuring inclusivity and equal access to opportunity.

The curriculum blends technical skills with digital literacy, communication, entrepreneurship, and soft skills to ensure comprehensive development.

Q3: How will the Institute connect students with employment opportunities?

Devendra Kumar Gupta:

We are creating an exclusive bridge between employers and job-ready candidates through direct partnerships with leading corporates, tech firms, and industry associations. This linkage will ensure that students who complete their training gain direct access to sustainable jobs and career advancement.

Our Industry Interface Cell will continually align training modules with evolving market trends — ensuring that our graduates remain competitive and relevant.

Q4: What role does the AvdheshanandG Mission play in this initiative?

Devendra Kumar Gupta:

AvdheshanandG Mission is the guiding spiritual and moral force behind this initiative. Under Swami Avdheshanand Giri Ji Maharaj’s leadership, the Mission aims to uplift the lives of underprivileged youth through value-based education and skill-oriented livelihood opportunities.

This institute stands as a living embodiment of his guiding philosophy — “Seva, Sanskar, and Swavalamban” (Service, Values, and Self-Reliance).

Q5: IACT Education Pvt. Ltd. has been announced as the Training Partner. What makes this collaboration significant?

Devendra Kumar Gupta:

IACT Education., an ISO 9001:2015 certified national training organization with over 22 years of expertise, brings unmatched experience in skill development and employability training. Their strong industry linkage, professional trainers, and placement-oriented modules will ensure that this initiative delivers both knowledge and livelihood outcomes.

Together, we aim to create a sustainable model of digital empowerment where education directly leads to employment.

Q6: What message would you like to share with young people looking to join this program?

Devendra Kumar Gupta:

My message to India’s youth is — your circumstances do not define your potential. With the right training and mindset, every young individual can lead the nation’s digital future.

The Institute for Future Skilling is not just a center for learning — it’s a platform for transformation. We invite all aspirants to be part of this mission for a skilled, inclusive, and empowered India.
